If your child is at least 18 months or has completed the Baby and Me curriculum, he/she can be in a group lesson. If younger than 18 months, he/she must be in a Baby & Me lesson, private, or semi-private lesson. (Parents can participate in a private lesson with their infant by also enrolling in the private class.)
Our group lessons (18 months and older) have a 4:1 ratio. Our Baby & Me as well as our Adult Lessons have a 6:1 ratio.
No, group and private lessons are without parent. Only Baby and Me classes or private classes with an enrolled parent will include any adult other than PowerPacked staff.
Payments are automatically drafted on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month (lessons are prepaid). If you start mid-month, your tuition will be prorated.
If you are unable to attend a lesson due to extenuating circumstances such as sickness, schedule conflict, etc., and you have given us at least 24hrs notice, a makeup token will be added to your account. There are no guaranteed make-up lessons for extenuating circumstances should you be unable to book your makeup within the 60 day window each makeup token allows.
Yes, we have a one-time registration fee of $30 per swimmer.
No, tax is not included in the price of your lesson. It will be charged in addition to your lesson (8.25%).
You can email us with a drop date, but please do so before the 20th of the month to be sure you aren’t charged for the upcoming month.
Yes, you can purchase drop-in lessons. They will be placed on your account as makeup tokens that you’ll be able to schedule yourself.
